Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

AI Agent Outputs: When you connect your AI agents to AgentGuard, we process the text outputs you send via webhook or API. These outputs are evaluated against your compliance rules and stored in your audit log.

Account Information: We collect your name, email address, billing information, and API keys when you create an account.

Usage Data: We collect metadata about how you use the Service — including rule configurations, alert counts, and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the monitoring, alerting, and audit log services you requested
• To send compliance alerts and scan results to your configured email address
• To improve the Service and provide customer support
• To process billing and manage your subscription

We do not use your monitored outputs to train AI models.

3. Data Retention

Monitored outputs are stored in your audit log for a limited period: 90 days (Starter) or 1 year (Growth and Business plans). After the retention period, outputs are permanently deleted. Compliance rules and configurations are retained as long as your account is active.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or monitored outputs with third parties, except:

• With our service providers (e.g., Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for infrastructure) who are bound by confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of AgentGuard or others

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit and at rest where applicable. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel. API keys are hashed and not stored in plaintext.

6. Cookies

AgentGuard uses minimal cookies for authentication (session management) and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some Service features may not function correctly without them.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, or port your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@agentguard.io.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
